Beadling Soccer Club, Pittsburgh's premier soccer organization, is seeking passionate, dedicated, and experienced Girls Academy Coaches to join our dynamic coaching team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of young athletes while fostering a love for the game.

Position: Girls Academy Coach
Location: Bridgeville, PA

What We’re Looking For in a Coach

• Passion for the game and player development
• Proven coaching experience at the competitive level, ideally in girls’ youth soccer
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate players to achieve their full potential
• U.S. Soccer or equivalent coaching certifications preferred, or must demonstrate a clear path to obtain coaching certifications.
• Previous experience working in a team environment and promoting sportsmanship
